Last updated: 29 September 2026. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of AfterAura.com and purchases from AfterAura. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you have a question before ordering, contact support@afteraura.com. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
ORDERS, PRODUCTION, DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Products are made to order. After you place an order, we may send an order confirmation and begin production through our fulfilment partner, Gelato. Prices, delivery charges and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by production, customs or local carriers. Please check product details, dimensions, frame options and delivery information before purchasing. Colours may vary slightly between screens and the finished print. You may initiate a return within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. Once a return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Contact support@afteraura.com promptly if an order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, AI IMAGERY AND SITE USE
AfterAura artwork, branding, text and site content are owned by or licensed to AfterAura and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission. Some lifestyle images and product mockups on this website are created or enhanced using generative AI. These images are illustrative and may show fictional people, interiors, workshops or settings. They do not represent actual customers, production facilities or events. Product specifications and descriptions provide the authoritative information about dimensions, materials, colours and finishes. You may use this site only for lawful purposes. We may update products, prices, content or these terms when necessary. To the extent permitted by law, AfterAura is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site.
